SHIPPING PROCESS

During periods of high demand, such as holidays, the carrier may take 3-5 business days to process and fulfill your order. Remember, your shipping time begins when the carrier receives your order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We try to provide products in the fastest way, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, weather, military, civil affairs, national emergencies and other accidents.

  • Please note that orders sent to the following countries and regions will take more time: Iceland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Liechtenstein.
  • We are currently unable to ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address.
  • To protect consumers, all orders are subject to customs review. Customs sometimes conduct spot checks on orders, which may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order. Thank you so much for your patience!

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders totaling $80.00 or more ship FREE! All orders less than $80.00 will have a flat rate of $9.99 added to the cart total at checkout.

SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER

Please note that we can use most shipping providers, but the one we use most often is the Post of each country for shipping.

FOR USA ORDERS

Orders with standard shipping will be delivered via USPS.

FOR CANADA ORDERS

Orders with standard shipping will be delivered via Canada Post.

FOR AUSTRALIA ORDERS

Orders with standard shipping will be delivered via Australia Post.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. Note that this is not your shipping confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has shipped and the carrier’s tracking information becomes available.

If for any reason you decide to make changes to your order prior to receiving it, please contact our customer service team (support@dasiyprice.com) as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and update your order.

However, please remember that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your order on time! Therefore, please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
